  • Serves: 12 adults

Ingredient

2 lbs medium ground beef
1 small onion
½ cup cilantro
2 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
Salt & Pepper
12 mini slider buns

Steps
  1. Finely chop onion and cilantro.
  2. Preheat a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  3. In a large bowl, combine beef with onion, cilantro, garlic and mustard.
  4. Shape beef mixture into 12, 2 inch patties of equal size.
  5. Sprinkle each side of the patty with salt and pepper.
  6. Place 6 patties in the frying pan. Turn after 4 minutes. Cook for 6 minute until medium-rare. Turn again and continue cooking until desired wellness.
  7. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes prior to placing in the bun and serving.

Note

This recipe is for the base slider - go nuts with the toppings! Blue cheese, caramelized onions, garlic mushrooms and of course the basics, lettuce, tomatoes, plus the standard condiments. Either prep a few sliders each way or let people build them themselves.
